Mike Sweeney
Mike is a 5 time AL All Star who played 16 Major League Baseball seasons as first baseman and catcher. Sweeney played for the Kansas City Royals, Oakland Athletics, Seattle Mariners, and Philadelphia Phillies.
Mike Sweeney, Sr
Played professionally with the California Angels and has coached for over 30 years. Currently runs a hitting academy in Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Trevor Hoffman
Trevor is a 7 time NL All Star who played 18 years in Major League Baseball from 1993 to 2010. A long-time closer, Hoffman pitched for the Florida Marlins, San Diego Padres, and the Milwaukee Brewers, including more than 15 years for the Padres. He was the major leagues' first player to reach the 500 and 600-save milestones, and is arguably the greatest closer in the history of MLB.
Philip Rivers
Philip is a four time Pro Bowl QB who has played 9 years in the NFL, currently the starting quarterback for the San Diego Chargers.
Jermaine Dye
A two time All Star who played 14 years of Major League Baseball while earning a Silver Slugger Award, Gold Glove and World Series MVP award.
Bobby Grich
Played 17 years in the big leagues and is a 7 time All Star, 4 time Gold Glover and Silver Slugger Award Winner.
Jim Nettles
Coached professionally for over 10 years and played MLB for 7 years with Minnesota Twins, Detroit Tigers, Kansas City Royals, Oakland A's, Toronto Blue Jays and Texas Rangers. Jim currently runs a hitting academy in Gig Harbor, WA.
Mike Breslin
Played professionally with St Louis Cardinals and was a High School coach for over 10 years. Mike currently runs a hitting and pitching academy in Murrieta, CA.
Todd LaRocca
Played baseball at Stanford University. Played professionally with Baltimore Orioles and currently coaches youth baseball.
Mike Hernandez
California State CIF player of the year in 1991. Pitched at Long Beach State and currently coaches youth baseball.
Mark Loretta
Mark is a two time All Star who played 15 seasons in Major League Baseball infielder. Loretta played for the Milwaukee Brewers, Houston Astros, San Diego Padres, Boston Red Sox and Los Angeles Dodgers. He now works as a Special Assistant to the GM with the SD Padres.
Ron Witmeyer
Ron is a former Major League Baseball player. He played for the Oakland Athletics and now runs Frozen Ropes, a Baseball Academy in San Diego, CA.
Jamie Moyer
Jamie played in 25 Big League seasons, setting many Major League Baseball records that may never be broken. This American League All Star has a record of 269 wins and 209 losses to go with a 4.25 career ERA.
John Lynch
Played both football and baseball at Stanford University before playing professional baseball with the Florida Marlins. John also is a 9 time All Pro in his 15 years in the NFL. This future NFL Hall of Fame free safety is a San Diego native.
Steve Finley
Steve is a two time All Star and two time Gold Glove winner who played 19 seasons of Major League Baseball for the Orioles, Astros, Padres, Diamondbacks, Dodgers, Rockies and Giants.
